1. Data controller

The data controller for the email address collected via the "Notify me when available" form is FagaZie — contact e-mail: fagazie.contact@gmail.com.

2. What we collect and why

When you sign up for a restock notification, we collect only your email address. We use it solely to send you a one-time email letting you know the product you selected is in stock. You are not automatically added to any newsletter or marketing list. We won't send you other content on this address unless you separately opt in elsewhere (e.g. a newsletter signup).

3. Legal basis

Processing is based on your freely given consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), given by checking the box and submitting the form. You can withdraw consent at any time via the unsubscribe link in the notification email, or by writing to fagazie.contact@gmail.com. Withdrawal doesn't affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before it.

4. How long we keep it

Your email is stored only until the restock notification is sent, or for a maximum of 90 days from sign-up, whichever comes first — after that it's automatically deleted if no notification was sent.

5. Who we share it with

Your email may pass through our technical service providers — store platform Lovable and an email-sending tool solely to deliver the notification, under a data processing agreement with them. We do not sell or share your email with third parties for marketing purposes.

6. Your rights

• access your data and get a copy,
• correct it,
• request erasure ("right to be forgotten"),
• restrict processing,
• withdraw consent at any time,
• lodge a complaint with the Polish data protection authority (UODO), ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warsaw, Poland — or your local EU authority if you're not in Poland.
