At FAGAZ, we operate primarily on a Pre-Order model. Every garment is produced in limited quantities to minimize waste, maintain exclusivity, and ensure the highest level of craftsmanship.

By placing an order through our website, you acknowledge that you have read and agreed to this Shipping & Returns Policy, as well as our Terms & Conditions.

Shipping

Pre-Order Items

Unless otherwise stated, all products available on our website are offered on a Pre-Order basis. This means that your item may be produced or allocated specifically for your order before shipment.

The estimated production and shipping timeframe is displayed on the relevant product page. Please note that these timeframes are estimates only and may vary due to production schedules, logistics, customs clearance, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and accept the estimated fulfillment timeline applicable to your order.

Order Processing

Once your order has been completed and prepared for dispatch, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking information.

Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate before completing your purchase. We are unable to guarantee modifications once an order has entered production or fulfillment.

Shipping Delays

While we make every effort to dispatch orders within the estimated timeframe, occasional delays may occur. Such delays do not automatically constitute grounds for cancellation where permitted by applicable law.

Returns

Right to Return

If you are purchasing as a consumer, you may have statutory rights to cancel or withdraw from your purchase depending on the laws applicable in your country of residence.

Non-Collected Shipments

If a shipment is refused, remains uncollected, or is automatically returned by the carrier, we reserve the right to wait until the parcel has been successfully returned to our warehouse and inspected before processing any eligible refund, subject to applicable consumer protection laws.

Any additional costs incurred as a result of refused delivery or failure to collect a shipment may be deducted from the refund where permitted by applicable law.
